Imagine having a child who suffers from bedsores. He needs surgery to help heal those bedsores—but he is turned away from the hospital—and you slowly realize that he is probably going to die because of them. Imagine walking down a mountain carrying your elderly mother on your back. She needs urgent medical care and this is the only way you can get her to the help she needs. These stories are not the product of an imagination--they are true.
